ImpactCrowd: Crowdsourcing for Nonprofits

What is ImpactCrowd?

ImpactCrowd is an in-kind grant program designed specifically for nonprofits. Organisations admitted to the program will be provided with pro-bono access to support, advice, and training - all of which will empower them to use the power of the crowd to achieve new levels of impact and success.

Where did the program come from?

Crowdsourcing is the best way to rally a tribe behind your mission and HeroX is the best way to crowdsource - this is where ImpactCrowd was born - inspired by the massive difference crowdsourcing has made for public sector entities. There are thousands of brilliant people who care about your cause and want to help. All they need to engage is an invitation to join your movement and things to do. The hard part is finding them, recruiting them, and giving them value-adding activities.

Crowdsourcing and open innovation are not new concepts to nonprofits, but they have been largely inaccessible to them in ways that would result in success. HeroX is dedicated to removing all barriers that nonprofits face when trying to tap into the power of the crowd.
